A duo exhibition including a new collaboration with Douglas Henderson will be on show at Werkstadt e.V. for Berlin's 48-Stunden-Neukölln Festival. This year's theme is "Urbane Stille."

Open Studios at Naumannpark

40 artists working in Naumannpark in Berlin Schöneberg (S-bahn Julius-Leber-Brücke or Südkreuz) will participate in an open studio event on June 1st from 1-7pm.

Ceremony for the permanent piece "Ewinger Anklang" installed in Berlin Schöneberg.

The sonic memorial "Ewiger Anklang" honors Siegfried Translateur, a prominent composer, orchestra leader, and music publicist who was a notable figure in Berlin's cultural scene until he was persecuted by the Nazis and deported to KZ Theresienstadt in 1944. The piece consists of a graphic installation of waltz steps at the former location of the Berlin Sportpalast, where Translateur's waltz 'Wiener Praterleben' became famous as the 'Sportpalast Walzer.' A QR code embedded in the graphic allows passersby to access a website with a Hörspiel available in 4 languages and information about the life and music of Siegfried Translateur. More information and the audio composition can be found at www.ewiger-anklang.de. The piece was commissioned by the city of Berlin, District Office of Tempelhof-Schöneberg.

Dual Use – Ambivalente Wissenschaften

The work Home (2012) and prints from my series Cartographies — Fluid, Fragile, Futile will be exhibited at the Henry Ford Bau, FU Berlin. The exhibition examines the good and evil wrought by scientific invention and discovery, presenting research findings alongside a selection of artworks curated by Jason M. Benedict from Marcus Ahlers, Ruben Aubrecht, Chan Sook Choi, Douglas Henderson, Helena Her, Peer Kriesel, Chelsea Leventhal, and Gretta Louw.

Psychoanalysis of Fire at Hošek Contemporary

The sound and light installation Psychoanalysis of Fire, originally commissioned for the Wittener Tage für Neue Kammermusik 2018 will be presented in a solo exhibition at Hošek Contemporary aboard the MS Heimatland.

A new site-specific installation will be presented at ONSITE festival, curated by Poera Collective at the Brücke Museum in Berlin Grünewald.

A new sound and video installation will be created from the "House of Leaves" series in Titanik's residency studio.

Sonic Drift at Hošek Contemporary
